Plano, TX, 75074Owner and butcher Jeff Sparks has worked at the shop since he was a teenager, in the 1970s. Back then, it was owned by the late Bob Giddiens. Mr. Giddiens trained Mr. Sparks, then sold him the business when he retired in 1986.
Hours: Mon 9am-3pm, Tues-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm
