Main Fare:
Burger was 6 oz and juicy. It had great taste and good texture.
There were just enough veggies, not so much that I couldn't taste the meat, but not little enough so I couldn't taste the veggies.
The cheese was cooked to perfection on the crunchy bun.
Other Fare:
The shoestring fries were crunchy and salty,
the onin rings were crunchy and tender, and
the sweet potato fries were crunchy with a hint of cinnoman.
The sake was great, but had a skinny straw.
Atmosphere:
We visite the new Liberty Burger in Dallas, located at the corner of Forest and Inwood, on a Saturday night in January, 2012. The place had been opened about 3 months by that time, an it should have had plenty of time to work out kinks of new venues. Liberty Burger is owned an operated by Mariel Street, daughter of Dallas known restraunteur, Gene Street (Black Eye Pea, Goo Eats, Dixie House,

From Pegasus News:
You know it's a good burger when you finish it and want another. Definite charcoal flavor. I had the #15 (guac burger). Texas burger looked good also. Had the homeade root beer which was awesome. Could have drank 3 mugs. Atmosphere is great. It's small with great memorabilia on the wall. It's old but clean.
